  • 18:57:12: Pt. 1: Why is #XBOX Live support so awful? They make you enter a credit card # AFTER you redeem a code... then charge your card. WTF Really?
  • 18:59:36: Pt. 2: What's worse; on #XBOX Live, it's $50 for a year subscription. For a 12+1 card almost anywhere, it's $35. $15 "convenience" fee.
  • 19:02:11: Pt. 3: #XBOX Live has to cancel your subscription, and you're S.O.L. for up to 72 hours until they refund the money, and send you a new code
  • 19:05:12: Pt. 4: What #XBOX Live "suggests" is to buy a 1 month subscription for $8 to cover the 2-5 day outage because of their shit system. Really?
  • 19:07:22: I love my #XBOX, but I can't stand the lack of customer service for the amount of money that myself and others have invested into it.
  • 19:22:08: Does anyone know the phone number for #XBOX Live support that DOES NOT connect me to India? @majornelson ?
  • 19:24:11: The phrase "rest assured" is SO India call center-ese. This will definitely be covered on the next Brian and Mike #BAMcast.
  • 23:58:50: Opera Mini for the iPhone is damn fast. Get it before Apple realizes it's there and takes it down.
