  • 17:57 Pt. 1: Why is #XBOX Live support so awful? They make you enter a credit card # AFTER you redeem a code... then charge your card. WTF Really? #
  • 17:59 Pt. 2: What's worse; on #XBOX Live, it's $50 for a year subscription. For a 12+1 card almost anywhere, it's $35. $15 "convenience" fee. #
  • 18:02 Pt. 3: #XBOX Live has to cancel your subscription, and you're S.O.L. for up to 72 hours until they refund the money, and send you a new code #
  • 18:05 Pt. 4: What #XBOX Live "suggests" is to buy a 1 month subscription for $8 to cover the 2-5 day outage because of their shit system. Really? #
  • 18:07 I love my #XBOX, but I can't stand the lack of customer service for the amount of money that myself and others have invested into it. #
  • 18:22 Does anyone know the phone number for #XBOX Live support that DOES NOT connect me to India? @majornelson ? #
